CORPORATE REBELS, UNITE! with Pim De Morree
Audio production by James Ede, Be Heard
Most of us have felt disillusionment with the corporate world at some point in our careers. Our jobs turn out to be more tedious, our bosses more overbearing and our colleagues more disengaged than we thought they’d be. And while we start normalizing the status quo to keep our sanity and our source of income, some of us can’t shake off the thought:
There must be a better way.
That’s exactly what Pim De Morree and Joost Minnaar discussed over a beer in Barcelona one day. But instead of going back to the office after their trip ended, they turned in their resignations and decided to travel the world in search of companies who managed to do things differently. They founded Corporate Rebels and started sharing everything they’d been learning on their blog.
With time, the blog turned into a book and their work into a movement of people who look for better ways to work.
This week I speak to Pim De Morree about the paradigm shifts our organizations need to move into a better future of work.
