Peter Drucker is believed to have said:

“Culture eats strategy for breakfast”

It’s very true – but only when culture craves attention.

For the past 20 years, I’ve been helping companies pay attention to their culture in a way that produces desirable results. From VC-courting startups to Fortune 500, I’ve worked on cultivating remarkable cultures that scale and that help people do the best work of their careers – first, as part of consultancies such as HayGroup, Korn Ferry, and PwC – and later as the founder of my own firm.

I also lived the start-up, scale-up and corporate world myself – both as a leadership team member and as a founder. I know what you are going through – I’ve been there myself.

My true passion today is helping clients codify, activate and evolve their Culture Playbooks so that they can create an environment where the right culture emerges naturally. By choice. Not by chance.
